Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

ALL tags, including the NATS.ID tag must be attached with the original tagging method. All returns must fulfill these requirements to be accepted.

Please note: Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back and must provide the tracking number.

RETURNS

Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package to process your RETURN. You will be notified via email when your return is processed and issued.

Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.

Please keep your tracking number for your return on hand. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. A tracking number will help us help you locate your returned item(s).

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please immediately contact us at info@natsid.com and email us a few photos showing the defect/fault and a brief description.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be defective.

Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.

Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume, makeup stains, and/or any other stains.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

EXCHANGES

At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) and place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which they are not eligible for exchange or returns. The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with prices ending in .50

  • Promotional items

  • Anniversary Sale items

  • Black Friday Sale items

  • Warehouse Sale items

  • Accessories (e.g. hair accessories, hats, handbags, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, belts, etc.)

CANCELLATION

We DO NOT accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
